Bec Sanderson

Bec Sanderson is a Senior Principal Research Fellow with the FrameWorks Institute, currently leading the research for the WorkShift project. She recently moved back to the UK after serving three years as Director of Research at FrameWorks, where she oversaw the economic justice research. She has contributed to reports across a range of topics, including labour justice, AI, equity in education, climate change and child development. Prior to joining the FrameWorks team, Bec worked for ten years in framing research in the UK and Europe, and was the Research Lead at the Public Interest Research Centre. One of her areas of expertise is in applying the Schwartz values model to framing strategies. She holds an MA in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Edinburgh.
